Race you! Heidi Klum sets a good example as she takes her family out for a post Christmas bike ride

Heidi Klum clearly couldn't wait to get rid of those Christmas calories.
The German supermodel was spotted with her newish boyfriend Martin Kristen and two of her children out for an energetic bike ride in Santa Monica, California, on Thursday.
The foursome took to the winding bike paths that join Venice Beach and neighbouring Santa Monica to work up a sweat after the typically over-indulgent holiday and by the determined looks on their faces, it was game on.

And to add to bootcamp vibe of the exercise session, burly Martin, Heidi's former bodyguard, wore a T-shirt emblazoned with the rousing words: 'Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose!'
Heidi looked fresh-faced in a black hoodie and leggings, teamed with black Nike trainers and sunglasses.
Her ride of choice was a girly pink Paul Frank Beach Cruiser, the bike of choice for locals.

The children, Leni, seven, and Henry, six, wore also sportily clad in trainers and hoodies.
Both had funky BMXs and Leni especially seemed to be a bit of a speed freak, racing ahead of the rest of the group.
And it would appear the Heidi, 39, has bikes on the brain.

Last Friday she and Martin, who she started dating not long after she split from Seal earlier this year, were spotted roaring round Venice on his Harley Davidson.
The pair had enjoyed breakfast at the Firehouse Restaurant and decided to head home together on the bike, a mode of transport that Heidi seemed more than comfortable with.
After the pair had sped off Heidi was seen leaning over Martin's shoulder, grinning at him in delight.

Meanwhile it was reported that Heidi and Seal, who have two other children together, Johan, five, and Lou, two, 'reunited' for Christmas for the sake of their young brood.
A source told the New York Post: 'They're trying to be co-parents and show up for their children. They have been trying to work it out, mainly for the kids.
'They have been talking on the phone regularly.'
